LOUISVILLE, Miss. (AP) - Mayor Will Hill has called a public hearing to discuss the future of Academy Park in Louisville.

WCBI-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1sChFc6) the park was heavily damaged by a tornado in April but earlier had been closed because of vandalism and other problems.

Among options under consideration is the possibility of a housing development at the site.

The hearing is set for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday at City Hall.
