HOT SPRINGS, S.D. (AP) - South Dakota lottery officials say a Powerball ticket sold in Hot Springs is worth $10,000.

The ticket matched four of five white ball numbers and the Powerball in the Saturday drawing to win the game’s third prize. The odds of winning it are 1 in about 650,000.

The winner has about six months to claim the money.

Powerball is played in 44 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The jackpot is at $225 million for the Wednesday drawing.
