KARNS CITY, Pa. (AP) - Two teens have been charged after state police say one of them stabbed a man after entering the victim’s western Pennsylvania home.

Troopers from the Butler barracks say 19-year-old Jeremia McGrady and a 17-year-old accomplice entered the home in Karns City wearing gloves and masks about 2 a.m. Saturday.

That’s when police say 34-year-old Adam Bell confronted the teens and was stabbed by McGrady.

Police say Bell was taken to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh and was in stable condition following surgery.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for McGrady who was sent to the Butler County Prison on charges including attempted homicide. The juvenile, whose name isn’t being released by police, was taken to a juvenile detention center.
