HOUSTON (AP) - The Harris County Sheriff’s Office says 14 men and women have been arrested after months of undercover work at an area strip club.

Authorities charged the owners and employees last week with counts including prostitution, business regulation violations and controlled substance possession. They say they seized drugs, cash and weapons from the Joy of Houston Gentlemen’s Club.

They started the investigation after people complained about prostitution and drug use at the business.

The office says its Special Investigations Division Vice Unit worked undercover for months leading up to the sting.
