CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Two boaters are fine after they were rescued by the Coast Guard when their sailboat flipped in gusty winds in Charleston Harbor.

The Coast Guard says that winds were blowing at about 30 mph Tuesday and waves were 4 feet high when the 14-foot boat overturned.

The boaters were spotted in the harbor by the crew of the cutter Tarpon, which had just left port. The cutter launched a small boat to rescue the boaters.

Neither of the boaters was wearing a lifejacket.
