HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) - Hot Springs police are investigating the death of two men found shot outside of a motel that they say was likely a murder-suicide.

The Sentinel-Record reports (https://bit.ly/1umu61L ) police say 22-year-old Jeremy Simms and 32-year-old Dennis Gormley both died from apparent gunshot wounds Monday outside the Knights Inn. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses say a third person was taken to a hospital and later questioned by detectives. It’s unclear if that person is connected to the shooting.

Capt. Jason Stachey says the bodies have been sent to the state crime lab for an autopsy.
