WHEATLAND, Wyo. (AP) - Three people are dead following two wrecks near Wheatland.

Just over an hour later, 67-year-old Arthur F. Osburn of Guernsey died near when his southbound 2013 Suburban hit a second semitrailer on I-25 at a point where traffic was being diverted away from the first crash.
