CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (AP) - The mother of a missing Lewis County girl is back in prison for violating her probation for a fraud conviction.

Media outlets report that 32-year-old Lena Lunsford turned herself in to the U.S. Marshal Service in Clarksburg on Tuesday. She will spend three months at the Federal Prison Camp Alderson.

Court records show that Lunsford’s violations included failing to maintain employment and possessing and using cocaine.

Lunsford served eight months in a federal prison for food stamp fraud after her 3-year-old daughter Aliayah (uh LEE uh) disappeared from the family’s Lewis County home on Sept. 24, 2011. The child has not been found.

FBI Special Agent in Charge Scott S. Smith tells The Exponent Telegram (https://bit.ly/1umMur7 ) that the investigation of the girl’s disappearance is continuing.
