MORRISVILLE, Vt. (AP) - Police have arrested a Waterville man in a shooting at a convenience store in Morrisville that injured another man.

The shooting happened at a Cumberland Farms around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Police said 39-year-old Chris Burnor is being charged with first degree attempted murder.

Investigators say 32-year-old Thomas Zapantis of Johnson was injured. He is in stable condition at Fletcher Allen Health Care.
