TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - A fatal crash that killed a 25-year-old woman is the latest in an alarming spate of wrong-way incidents on Tampa Bay’s interstates this year.

The Tampa Bay Times (https://bit.ly/1r3Bb5V) reports that although wrong-way fatalities are statistically infrequent, four deadly crashes have happened on the same stretch of Interstate 275 north of downtown Tampa, killing 10 people.

On Monday, Jessica Rey Mahn was killed in I-75 in Pasco County, which is north of Tampa. Officers said she was driving the wrong way in the southbound lanes and that alcohol may have been involved.

And on Sunday, authorities arrested two men they said were driving drunk and the wrong way on bay area highways.
