BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) - Montana State kicker Luke Daly was named the Big Sky Conference special teams player of the week.

The freshman from Billings made three field goals and two extra points in the Bobcats’ 28-19 win over North Dakota. His field goals ranged from 32 to 38 yards and two were kicked into 25 mph winds. Four of his nine kickoffs resulted in touchbacks.

The Big Sky also honored Idaho State quarterback Justin Arias and Southern Utah linebacker Chindeau Ahanonu.

Arias passed for 413 yards and two touchdowns in Idaho State’s 44-24 victory over Sacramento State, while Ahanonu had 10 tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery in Southern Utah’s 31-28 win over Weber State.
