SEATTLE (AP) - A Seattle architecture firm is raising money to build a free, public wood-fired floating sauna on the city’s Union Bay.

GoCstudio plans a party Friday to launch a $43,000 Kickstarter campaign to build the sauna next summer.

The Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce reports (https://bit.ly/WblziV ) visitors would reach the sauna by kayak or canoe, bringing wood for the stove. When they want to cool off they could jump in the water.
