GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - Grand Forks police say the city has revoked a license for a company that sells cleaning products door-to-door.

The Grand Forks Police Department said Monday that World Wide Products’ transient merchant license would be revoked Monday afternoon, just days after it began selling in Grand Forks on Sept. 25.

Police say the move comes after many residents complained about the tactics some of the company’s sales representatives used. They say those tactics include alleged violations of city code, but didn’t provide other details.
