WEST FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota man with nine previous DUI convictions has been arrested while driving a lawn mower and charged with felony DUI.

WDAY-TV (https://bit.ly/1rCqxko ) reports authorities say Earl Lee Jahner, of West Fargo, had a blood alcohol level of more than .27. The legal limit is .08.

Jahner’s is accused of having a six-pack of beer on the lawn mower while he was operating it and of damaging a building. Court records show the man gave rides to children in the lawn mower.

It’s unclear whether Jahner was legal representation.
