ASHEVILLE, N.C. (AP) - Biltmore is building a second hotel at Biltmore Estate that’s expected to create about 230 jobs.

The Village Hotel will have 209 guestrooms and is expected to open in November 2015.

The new hotel will be next to the Winery in Antler Hill Village.

The new hotel will include a casual restaurant and bar offering a tasting menu, Biltmore wines, craft beers and signature cocktails. Guests will also have access to other dining options in the village - Bistro, Cedric’s Tavern and the Creamery.

The hotel will have an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center.

The four-star Inn on Biltmore Estate opened in 2001 with 201 rooms and nine suites.
