CANTON, Ohio (AP) - Police in northeast Ohio say they’ve arrested and charged the third man suspected in a gas station robbery that left two other suspects dead after they were shot by a store clerk.

Canton police announced Tuesday that they arrested 19-year-old Darrell Newman last week on an unrelated warrant. Newman, of Canton, is now been charged with two counts of aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and complicity to commit felonious assault.

The clerk was wounded in the Sept. 22 shootout that began after three armed and masked men tried to rob the store. A surveillance video shows a suspect firing a handgun into the store before crawling away. The slain men were identified as 23-year-old Antonio Gracia and 21-year-old Ronnie Lawson.

Court records do not indicate if Newman has an attorney.
