BALTIMORE (AP) - Results from a statewide food drive are set to be announced by the Maryland Food Bank.

Representatives from the Maryland State Police and the Maryland Department of Transportation are scheduled to weigh food donations collected throughout September.

Maryland State Police barracks as well as select State Highway Administration buildings participated in a statewide food drive. Motor Vehicle Administration offices and inspection stations as well as Transportation Authority toll plazas also participated. Sites at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport and the Port of Baltimore also were included in the food drive.

Results are expected to be announced Tuesday afternoon.
