CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A former New Hampshire youth baseball coach has been sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison after he was convicted of molesting one of his players.

Robert Joubert (JOO-bert), who coached in the Concord area, was convicted in March of three felony sex assault charges. The player, now 21, had testified that Joubert made him perform sexual favors when he was a boy.

The 61-year-old Joubert has already been sentenced in federal court to 40 years in prison for possessing child pornography and sexually exploiting the same boy and other children.

In court Wednesday, Joubert denied the assaults happened.
