SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Police in Syracuse say a 15-year-old boy is under arrest after he shot a BB gun at a school bus full of students.

Police tell The Post-Standard (https://bit.ly/1upCriG ) that the teen pointed a black BB gun at the school bus at around 3:50 p.m. Friday.

A window on the bus was broken but there were no injuries.

Police say the boy fled and tried to throw the gun away but was soon caught by officers.

He was charged with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment,



He was arrested on charges of second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment.

His name was not released because of his age.
