NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans-based real estate company Latter & Blum Inc. has donated $100,000 to the University of New Orleans.

The university says the money will be used to support its new graduate certificate programs in coastal sciences and coastal engineering and for scholarships.

The university and regional economic development partnership GNO Inc. recently announced establishment of the graduate certification programs.

Both programs will be offered online beginning in the spring semester.
