DECATUR, Ala. (AP) - A third defendant charged in a fatal double shooting at a north Alabama Krystal restaurant has pleaded guilty.

WHNT-TV reported Wednesday (https://bit.ly/1IRHChS ) that 26-year-old Cassandra Eldred of Decatur pleaded guilty in the deaths of Jeffery Graff and Jessie Aguilar. Eldred was sentenced to life in prison.

Morgan County District Attorney Scott Anderson says Eldred accepted $200 in exchange for driving two men to the restaurant but denied knowing anyone would be killed in the armed robbery.

Jordaan Creque has already been given the death penalty. Ezekiel Gholston was convicted of capital murder in the case and is scheduled to be sentenced May 6.
