ATLANTA (AP) - City officials say the health care firm Kaiser Permanente plans to expand its presence in Atlanta, creating about 900 jobs by 2019.

The Atlanta mayor’s office said in a statement that Kaiser Permanente will open a new information technology campus in the city’s midtown area.

Officials said the expansion brings Kaiser Permanente’s total presence in Georgia to more than 4,000 employees and physicians.
