DALLAS (AP) - Authorities say two Arkansas men have been sentenced to prison for their roles in kidnapping a Dallas woman to keep her from testifying against one of them in a criminal case in Texas.

The Dallas Morning News (https://bit.ly/1DxTrtC ) reports Michael Roberts of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and Jason Petitt of Fayetteville, Arkansas, both pleaded guilty a few months after the June abduction. Police say the victim left notes in several public places to alert authorities of her kidnapping.

The U.S. attorney’s office on Wednesday announced that Roberts has been sentenced to 10 years and Petitt has been sentenced to about four years.

Authorities say a third man, Theron Vance of Rogers, Arkansas, was found guilty last month. He will be sentenced later.
