LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A Little Rock defense attorney has been arrested after police say a bag of methamphetamine fell from his pocket onto a bank lobby floor.

The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (https://bit.ly/1FkHfvf ) reports that the 68-year-old lawyer surrendered Wednesday and faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony, for dropping 1.4 grams of methamphetamine on the floor of a west Little Rock Onebanc on June 5.

A bank security manager told police that he had found a small bag containing a crystalline substance on the floor in front of the teller window where the lawyer had been standing while cashing a check.
