ROYAL OAK, Mich. (AP) - Visitors to the Detroit Zoo are getting their first look at young zebra that was born a few months ago.

The zoo in the Detroit suburb of Royal Oak says Thursday that the male Grevy’s zebra was born early on Jan. 1 at the zebra habitat.

The foal is named Enzi and has been kept indoors during cold weather, but he will be seen outdoors on days when it’s 50 degrees or warmer. He’s the second foal for 23-year-old mother Elvira and 14-year-old father Z.Z. The zoo now has five zebras.
