CROWLEY, Texas (AP) - Officials say about 30 students and two bus drivers were taken to the hospital after one school bus rear-ended another in the town of Crowley. There were no serious injuries in the crash.
Crowley Independent School District spokesman Anthony Kirchner says about 60 to 70 students were on the buses Monday afternoon.
He said students were taken to the hospital for the treatment of minor injuries including stitches and whiplash symptoms.
Kirchner says they’re still working to get details on how the accident happened. The two buses were the only vehicles involved.
Crowley is located about 20 miles south of Fort Worth.
