BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A Bismarck woman faces charges on accusations she bit a 2-year-old girl under her care.
Twenty-eight-year-old Jade Savior was charged Monday with felony child abuse in South Central District Court. She faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
Bismarck police say they received a report from someone who said she saw Savior excessively spank and neglect the child. Authorities say they also found a visible bite mark on the child’s left arm.
Savior is in custody at the Burleigh County Detention Center.
It wasn’t immediately clear if she has an attorney.
