BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - A 27-year-old Hardin man has been charged in the death of his 6-year-old daughter.

Clint Vance Hogan pleaded not guilty to negligent homicide Tuesday in a hearing before District Judge Blair Jones in Hardin. Hogan was released after posting a $50,000 bond.

Hogan’s girlfriend, Kerstyn Old Bull, has pleaded not guilty to deliberate homicide in the death of Kiomora “Kiki” Hogan.

Prosecutors alleged Old Bull struck Kiomora on March 2. The girl was taken to Children’s Hospital Colorado near Denver, where she died of injuries caused by a single, forceful blow to the head.

Charging documents alleged Clint Hogan gave different accounts of whether he was home at the time his daughter suffered the fatal injuries.

Hogan’s attorney, Paula Saye, did not immediately return a phone call seeking comment.
