CLINTON, Md. (AP) - A Maryland man has died after getting trapped in a rock crushing machine at a quarry in Clinton.

WRC-TV (https://bit.ly/1Oyexi7 ) reports rescue crews were called to the Aggregate Industries Asphalt Plant in Prince George’s County Monday morning.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name hasn’t been released. Officials told the station he became entangled on the conveyor belt on the machine he was operating. The man’s son said he’d worked for the company for around 30 years.

Officials with the Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the accident.
