ST. LOUIS (AP) - A St. Louis businessman has been indicted on accusations he failed to disclose information about his income and assets in a 2014 bankruptcy case.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (https://bit.ly/1GRoFNj ) reports 48-year-old Kenneth Hutchinson was indicted for bankruptcy fraud on Wednesday in federal court.

The indictment claims that Hutchinson didn’t disclose real estate, vehicles, bank accounts and deposits of $1.4 million in the three years prior to his bankruptcy filing. Hutchinson owns several companies, including Third Eye Investment.

The newspaper says Hutchinson couldn’t immediately be reached for comment. No lawyer was listed for him in federal court records.
