LAS VEGAS (AP) - Police in Las Vegas say two people who had been sought in a shooting that killed a woman outside her workplace almost two weeks ago have been located.

Officer Laura Meltzer said Thursday that detectives found 21-year old Michael De Angelo Scott and 18-year old Jehru Petty-Williams.

Meltzer says the investigation of the April 17 slaying of Cassandra Lee Cassidy is continuing.

Police say Scott also uses the name “Bones,” and Petty-Williams is known as “Louie Vee.”

Police say Cassidy, 24, was approached outside a drug and alcohol rehab center where she worked by two females who said two men in a car were chasing them.

That’s when a car pulled up and shots were fired, mortally wounding Cassidy.

Police say Cassidy was an innocent bystander, not the intended target.
