CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md. (AP) - Firefighters are on the scene of an industrial building fire in Capitol Heights that’s caused a plume of black smoke that’s visible for miles.

Prince George’s County Fire Chief Marc Bashoor tweeted that the fire Monday afternoon was at a roofing company and had gone to two alarms.

The smoke was visible from Nationals Park in Washington, 10 miles to the east, as the crowd took in the Nationals’ opening day game.
