ECLECTIC, Ala. (AP) - Funeral arrangements have been set for a police officer in Montgomery who died after a crash with a semitrailer.

WBRC-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1xVVgQ4) that the funeral for 24-year-old Montgomery police Officer David Colley will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Good Hope Baptist Church in Eclectic.

Montgomery Police Chief Ernest Finley said Colley was responding to a call around 6 a.m. Saturday when the collision happened.

The Birmingham station reports that Colley had been on the force two years and leaves behind a wife and a 1-year-old child.
