BRICK, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say a man was burned when a boat he was working on caught fire at a southern New Jersey marina.

No other injuries were reported in the accident, which occurred around 2:30 p.m. Monday at Lightning Jack’s Marina in Brick. It’s not clear what caused the fire, but authorities say the incident is not considered suspicious.

The burn victim, identified only as a 39-year-old Toms River man, was flown to a burn center in northern New Jersey. Details on his condition were not disclosed.

The accident is under investigation by Brick police and the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
