LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Little Rock police have arrested a man who they say fatally shot another man after an argument.

A police department spokesman on Monday said the 31-year-old suspect faces a first-degree murder charge. He is being held at the Pulaski County jail.

Police say the suspect shot 51-year-old Owen Harvey on Sunday night. Harvey was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

They say the suspect went to the scene while officers were there and was arrested.

Online jail records didn’t list an attorney.

Police say the killing is the city’s sixth homicide of the year.
