BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) - A Gallatin County judge has ordered defense attorneys to turn over materials from a psychological examination of a Bozeman man accused of a shooting death in 2013.

Gallatin County Attorney Marty Lambert requested the information from a psychologist’s exam of 26-year-old Cody Little, accused of a September 2013 shooting that left Larry Clayton of Belgrade dead and James Armstrong injured.

Lambert requested the information in order to assist the prosecution’s independent psychological examination it wants to perform prior to Little’s May trial, where he will face one charge of deliberate homicide and two charges of attempted deliberate homicide.

The Bozeman Daily Chronicle reports (https://tinyurl.com/lvhq6ds ) Little’s defense team objected, saying the findings could be manipulated.
