LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Add the Adolph Rupp Coach of the Year award to the list of accolades for Kentucky’s John Calipari.

The Commonwealth Athletic Club of Kentucky has named the Wildcats coach as the first two-time recipient of the award named for the Kentucky legend. Calipari also earned the honor in 2010.

Calipari, whose Wildcats won their first 38 games before falling to Wisconsin in the Final Four, has also been named coach of the year by The Associated Press and the National Association of Basketball Coaches, and he earned the Naismith Award.

On Monday, Calipari was chosen for this Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame class to be inducted in September.

The CAC also named junior pivot man Willie Cauley-Stein a first team All-American.
