PASS CHRISTIAN, Miss. (AP) - Pass Christian police have arrested a man suspected of opening fire on a 20-year-old Hattiesburg man.

The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1IIZvi8 ) police arrested 19-year-old Alexander Joseph Dedeaux III on a murder charge Tuesday.

Detective Barry Smith says the shooting that killed Bruce Robinson Jr. on Good Friday was the result of a disagreement between the two men.

Authorities have said Robinson was shot several times. He was found lying in the front yard of a home.

Smith said Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain set Dedeaux’s bond at $1 million.

Harrison County jail officials couldn’t provide the name of a defense attorney to comment on the charges.
