Just over 1,300 medical appointments completed at New Hampshire VA medical facilities from September to February failed to meet the health system’s timeliness goal, which calls for patients to be seen within 30 days, according to government data reviewed by The Associated Press.

The data below are listed according to facility; type; total appointments completed; percent delayed at least 31 days; care delayed 31-60 days; care delayed 61-90 days; care delayed more than 90 days. CBOC is an acronym for community-based outpatient clinic.
