JURUPA VALLEY, Calif. (AP) - A 19-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy have been arrested in the vandalizing of a Riverside County high school - including spray painting two horses that are kept on campus.

Authorities say 19-year-old Armando Hernandez was arrested this week. The 15-year-old was also arrested but his name was withheld because of his age.

Authorities allege the two covered much of the Jurupa (hoo-ROO’-puh) Valley High School in spray paint, including the two horses.

The horses were not harmed by the paint, and no animal cruelty charges will be filed.
