LAKE FOREST, Calif. (AP) - Orange County authorities say 20 junior high-aged kids were treated for very minor injuries after the bus they were riding to camp hit a power pole in a parking lot.

County Fire Authority Captain Steve Concialdi says the low-speed crash happened shortly before 10 a.m. near Saddleback Church in Lake Forest.

The kids were treated at the scene for injuries including sore shoulders and busted lips. Concialdi says shortly afterward the hurt kids were tossing footballs while they waited for another bus to take them to church camp in Crestline.

Concialdi says there were no seatbelts on the bus - which was carrying 46 people including kids around 12 or 13 years old, chaperones and the driver.

Investigators are interviewing the driver as they try to determine the cause of the crash.
