MAURICE RIVER TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) - Two people have died in a crash in Cumberland County that injured four others.

State Police spokesman Sgt. Jeff Flynn tells The Press of Atlantic City (https://bit.ly/1DPYFCR ) the preliminary investigation indicates a pickup crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a minivan on Route 347 in Maurice River Township on Wednesday.

Flynn says both drivers were killed.

The driver of the pickup has not been identified. The minivan’s driver was 68-year-old Michael Haney of Gilbertville, Pennsylvania.

Four passengers in the minivan were airlifted to a hospital. Their conditions are not known.
