WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) - Police have made a second arrest in connection with the death of a Worcester man who was shot from a passing vehicle as he visited a friend’s grave site.

Twenty-one-year-old Frederick Taylor pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges of illegal possession of a gun and being an accessory after the fact of murder. He was held pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for next week.

Taylor was arrested Wednesday in connection with the June 25 death of 22-year-old David Luyando, who was shot in Hope Cemetery and later died at the hospital.

Authorities allege Taylor was in the vehicle from which the fatal shot was fired then tried to conceal the gun used in the shooting.

A 24-year-old Leicester woman was previously charged with misleading investigators.
