PHILADELPHIA (AP) - An Amtrak train has struck and killed a person on the tracks outside Philadelphia.

Amtrak says the person was hit by a Northeast Corridor train around 11 p.m. Wednesday near Glenolden.

The Washington to New York train was delayed for about two hours while police investigated.
