CONWAY, Ark. (AP) - Construction of a bridge over Interstate 40 in Conway will require the closing of lanes of the interstate.

The work will affect traffic on the interstate just east of mile marker 127.

The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department says the eastbound, inside lane will be closed Tuesday from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. The eastbound, outside lane will be closed Wednesday from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. and the westbound, inside lane is to be shut down Thursday from 8 p.m. until 8 a.m.

The AHTD says lanes may also be closed Friday and Saturday as needed.

All the work is weather permitting.
