BARCELONA, Spain (AP) - Barcelona has agreed to send reserve team player Adama Traore to English club Aston Villa.

The European champions say Aston Villa will pay 10 million euros ($11.1 million) plus a possible 2 million euros more “if certain conditions are met.”

Barcelona also says the transfer contract includes a buyback option and a clause that allows the Catalan club to match any future transfer of the player.

The 19-year-old Traore was one of Barcelona’s most promising young players. He played 63 games for the reserve team and made four appearances with the first squad.
