BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota man has pleaded guilty to attacking his brother with a baseball bat.

Thirty-two-year-old Daniel Peltier, of Rugby, is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. He faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.

Authorities say the assault occurred in May 2013. Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 9.

A federal public defender could not be reached for comment.
