CODY, Wyo. (AP) - Officers with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department have captured and euthanized a grizzly bear that had been frequenting residential areas north of Cody since the weekend.

Officers caught the bear on Thursday and transported it to Lander for evaluation.

Officers determined the bear had been captured and relocated earlier after getting into conflicts with people in both the Cody and Lander areas.
