BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) - Montana Democrats have retained their current state party leaders.

During a rules and officers convention in Bozeman on Saturday, party members re-elected state chairman Jim Larson and vice-chair Jacquie Helt to serve through 2017.

Both have held their positions since early last year.

The Bozeman Daily Chronicle reports (https://bit.ly/1hgqudT ) that party members heard from Democratic Sen. Jon Tester and Gov. Steve Bullock during the event.

Larson says the party’s top priority is re-election Bullock next year.
