DALLAS (AP) - A man has been killed after being struck by a passenger train in Dallas.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit spokesman Mark Ball tells The Dallas Morning News (https://bit.ly/1NkGA29 ) that the Trinity Railway Express train struck a 30-year-old man who was trespassing on the tracks Saturday night.

The Trinity Railway Express, a service provided jointly by DART and the Fort Worth Transportation Authority, runs between downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth.

There were 70 people on board the train at the time of the incident, but Ball said no one on the train was injured. The passengers were interviewed by DART police, who were leading the investigation.
